View Full Version : Rapid weight loss, trying to bulk! whats going on!?!?

Ok so I started a new workout program and Im trying to bulk. But for some reason I am losing weight rapidly on this new program. I was up to 153 through bulking, trying to get to 160, but I noticed i started losing weight last night. Usually at night I weigh about 155, but last night I was 151. Then this morning I woke up and had to poop 4 times in 1 hour and Im down to 146. So ive lost at least 7-10 lbs in 2 days for no reason and Ive been eating even more than usual. I eat about 4000 cals a day

First of all, NEVER weigh yourself at night!!!! Your body weight fluxuates so much it's just not good practice - do it in the mornings at the same time. Let your body get use to your new diet (ie regular poop cycle).

Keep it up and don't worry. 4,000 cals is good. If anything, you may need to ramp it up.
