View Full Version : Day Before a Wrestling Tournament: What to do?

Usually I stumble on this question myself and I can not seem to answer it to my ability.

Do I need to eat something?
Or even do yoga?

I honestly do not know. I need something that will boost my endurance, conditioning, and strength a bit higher before a tournament.

-make weight
-hydrate yourself first
-eat food every 2-3 hours IMO. not something huge before your matches though. when i wrestled i stuck to whole foods. sugary food has always made me lethargic. i was a huge fan of whole wheat pb sammichs

Sounds reliable.. Ill do that in the next tourny I go to and Ill tell you how it went!
