I am 6'0 200 and have a pretty athletic build. I play college football and I am looking to get ripped and just add overall muscle mass. I'm not looking to cut and lose a bunch of weight. I just want to lose this little flab on my stomach and get bigger but staying around the same weight.

I eat pretty clean and workout out hard and take the usual supplements.

How many calories and carbs should I be having?

1-1.5g/lb protein
.4-.5g/lb in fat
rest carbs to meet calorie needs (trial and error, no one can tell you)
