I lost 35 lbs doing P90X but my back hurts and I've been diagnosed with sciatica. I'm thinking of losing some more weight before I go back to lifting. I like martial arts based workouts like Kenpo X, and I'm considering getting some Tae Bo routines. Is there something better than Tae Bo? I'm also doing some jogging. Are there some programs to help my core once my back gets better?

I have recently discovered barbell complexes as a form of serious cardio (not for the faint-hearted). I'm in love.
