In the Blue Jays game, a Toronto runner scored, but the ump ruled he didn't touch 3rd. Rays won on a walk off homer.

In another game, Ichiro hit a ground ball up the middle and it was picked up and flipped to the second baseman for the force out but the ump ruled him safe and the guy on 3rd came home to score the winning run.

And then the perfect game flap.

fixed, it was a tampa runner and the game did not end in walk off fashion. fortunately, it did not determine the outcome of the game
