Not what SHOULD he do, as we all know.

I'm not even a Tigers fan, I just love baseball. This **** is bananas.

He should be the first player with a 28 out perfect game though it should be an unofficial thing.

See my George Brett thread. Not exactly the same thing, but they overturned the ump.

Who cares? It wouldn't even be as fun for him or the team to celebrate it at this point.

Because it's all that can be done at this point and he earned the right to have that next to his name.

imo that is a completely different situation though...that was overturning a misinterpretation of the rule, not a judgement call.

Even if he doesn't get to celebrate...and people know he actually pitched one anyway...the fact of having your name on the list with other pitchers such as Halladay, Wells, Cone, etc is huge and he earned it.

its something that has only been done 20 times ever...so yeah it ruined the moment but i'm sure that he'd take getting his name on that list anyway.

Selig will continue to **** up baseball and not overturn this. When was the last time he did anything worth while?

let's be reality, he pitched a perfect game.

at the very least, an asterisk should be next to his name on the list of perfect games. *pitched perfect game. ump blew call. faced an extra batter.

needs to be overturned.
