I am trying to cut and lose bf this summer.

Here is my diet (I know its not specific with the regular meal in there):


Morning-

9 am - Breakfast - 4 egg whites, 1 scoop protein shake
(64 calories - 0 fat - 0 carbs - 16 protein)+(130 calories-2.5fat-5carbs-20protein) =
194calories- 2.5 fat - 5 carbs- 36 protein

Afternoon -

12 am - Lunch - 3-4 oz. Deli Turkey, 2 scoop protein shake
(120 calories-1fat-2carb-24protein)+(260 calories-5fat-10carbs-40protein) =
380calories - 6 fat - 12 carbs - 64 protein

3 pm - 3rd meal - Natural peanutbutter on celery
210 calories - 16 fat - 6 carbs - 8 protein

Night -

6pm - Regular meal - usually one type of lean meat and vegetables
ESTIMATION - 500-600 calories - 15 fat - 10 carbs - 25 protein

9pm - 2 scoop protein shake
260 calories-5fat-10carbs-40protein


TOTAL: 1644 calories - 44.5g fat - 43 carbs - 173g protein

What should I change to make it better?

I would start out at around 1800-1900 calories then adjust from there. Your macro breakdown looks good.

Maybe a bit more veggies in your diet.

Keep training hard.
