View Full Version : Doing the Solution Diet to get shredded. Dropping weight too fast

I've been on this diet now for almost 2 weeks (the solution diet by Scivation) and so far I really like it. I'm not used to eating this many fats but if it works, awesome.

I started the diet around 196 or so and I weighed myself lastnight (post workout) and I was around 193 and than I weighed myself tonight (post workout again) and I was 190 to 191.

I'm scared I could be losing muscle! I'm hitting the weights 5 days a week as well as doing post workout cardio for 30 mins.

Goal is get shredded (7% or so).

Any suggestions?
