Hello :P I'm 17, been lifting for about 6 months but without proper diet, I used to eat whatever i want, whenever i want. Now I decided to take lifting seriously and first i would like to lose some body fat. It is ~16-17%, maybe more at the moment, would like it to go down to at least 13% I created myself a diet, but because I don't really know a lot about it, I want you guys to comment it :)


Half a cup of oatmeal
3 Egg whites
1 apple
1 capsule of olive oil


Can of tuna


~300g of chicken breast
1 Banana


3 Egg whites
1 Full egg
1 slice of bread with mayo

Before the work out

5g of creatine

After the workout

1 Banana


~300g of chicken breast
Cup of brown rice

So, what you guys think? :) Thx for the replies ;)

get some protein and carbs immediatley after your workout. whey would be optimal but lean meats would work too.

you could have your last meal as your post workout meal and substitute it with cottage cheese or something. 1/2 of brown rice seems pretty heavy that late night, especially if you're cutting.

Weight? Calories? Protein? Fat? Carbs?

Looks devoid of fat to me.
