so i'm not sure if my cheat day is what caused this but i'm considering never having one again. I've been eating a very clean healthy diet. 7 meals a day for the past week and a half. decided yesterday could be a cheat day/reward since i had lost 11lbs in the past 2 weeks. So I ate a turkey sub on whole wheat with mayo and cheddar cheese, later ate 2 thin crust slices of pizza and then later that night had a 20 oz sprite and one small fried chicken leg. all probably still within 2500-3000 cals. Well about 3 in the morning i woke up with a stomach ache, well shortly after for the next hour and a half i **** 3 different times, all nasty. Is this normal on a cheat day? If so i don't plan on doing that again.

probably all the grease....i get that way when I eat greasy food....especially since I am guessing you havent eaten much greasy stuff lately.... but dont have cheat days...just have a cheat meal...days can set you back some....well more then just a meal wil...

I guess it all depends on what you call a "cheat" For me eating mayo, pizza, and fried chicken is a cheat but I would feel like crap for eating it. Even tho you stayed in your macros it wasn't the most nutritious thing you could have. Try just having one meal for your cheat like the pizza only. That way your body won't react so bad to it =)

Perhaps you shouldn't have a cheat day at 366 pounds
