Kcals 2,000
Fat 35.4
Carbs 230.4
Protein 172.5

This has been my cutting diet.

I'm gonna up my kcals week by week.

Can anyone help with some estimations on what I should up it to etc.

Add 500 each week?

So next week 2500kcals, Week after 3000kcals then final week 3200 - 3300kcals for the bulk.

Bare in mind I have to cycle 16 Miles and walk about 8 Miles a day, Monday - Friday!

Depending on how drastically you've dieted, i would bring it to maintenance for about 2 weeks and from there bump up the calories according to your progress.

I don't even know what my mainteance is, Also because of my job makes it a lot harder to know. I cycle anywhere from like 14 - 18 Miles a day and then walk 4 - 8 a day. (Cycle to work and I'm a postman). So gotta countereat a days work.
