Hey, im building my diet on fitday, anyways, how many calories should i start at to try finding my balanced intake? ie. what i dont lose or gain weight at. Its pretty broad, but i need a rough idea what to start aiming at to see how it goes.

Also say it was 2800 calories, if i wanted to bulk how much would i move up? same with cutting..

Im 6'3, 195lbs

Cut: decrease calories by 300-500 from maintenance calorie level

Bulk: increase calories by 300-500 from maintenance calorie level

Just an FYI, Fitday has alot of mistakes. Dailyburn is much better and you don't have to manually input so much.
