after days of low carb, its time for refeed day, your muscle glycogen and liver glycogen was running out.

if short time refeed, said it 150g carb x 5 meal.

if pancrease not respond well to secrete enough insulin on big carb meal, what does these glucose is in blood flow?

will it convert to fat or remain in blood flow until pancrease secrete enoungh insulin to bring into muscle?

i have been reading an article said if plenty of glucose around, liver will convert it. is it true?

which organ convert glucose to fat?

"Liver cells can convert glucose to fat, for storage in fat cells. They do this when there is plenty of glucose around."
