Is breakfast very important in bulking? A friend of mine is bulking and he eats good throughout the day, but his breakfast is weak compared to the rest of his diet. He normally just eats golden grams or cheerios with milk.

Yes, breakfast is important :) Im not 100% sure but I know carbs are better to be eaten in the morning therefore your set for the day / they will keep you going and they are needed.

This is just for general health and maybe not so much bulking.

That will do, you don't even need to eat breakfast at all, one meal a day would work if calorie/protein requirements are met.

meet calories for the day, and there shouldnt be a problem. However, you may need energy from a solid breaky. I know I do! Im not bulking though.

Breakfast is not as important as the whole day. If a big breakfast aids you in getting all your caloires in, then it's important. If you don't need a huge breakfast but your day still ends where you need it then it doesn't matter at all.

These guys got it right. Its all about calorie intake. Figure out your dalorie calorie needs and then eat above it, its that simple. The more calories you exceed your needs with the faster youll put on weight (but also the faster you will put on fat on top of muscle). So figure out what your goals are and then plan a diet around it.
