View Full Version : My Reovery Macros: How Does it Look? (REPS)

So I've been out of the fitness game for almost 7 months. When i stopped i had been lifting consistently every day for 2.5 years. I was 190lbs 1 month into my bulk. Now I'm coming back I was wondering what ya'll thought of these macros for getting abs while putting my muscle back on my bones:


FAT PROTEIN CARBS CALORIES
38g 237g 160 2070
(9%) (54%) (36%)


I currently weigh 156lbs maybe something like 13-14% BF. i plan on doing cardio 5x to put myself in a 250 calories deficit per cardio day. The food is clean just eggs chicken peanut butter and pasta and protein drinks. What do ya'll think??

Looks good to me although your fat content is a little low.
