I want to have a really good diet.
I have a basic diet allready formulated by a registered nutritionist.
I will provide a link to a training schedule in this thread in due time.

Please see attached documentation that I have provided for my diet.

All constructive input, negative or positive, is much appreciated.

Overtime I hope to provide myself, with your guys and a nutritionists help, a great diet for my health improvement endeavours.

Thanks,

K. regards,

ok, I see this is a quest for an answer that is going to be varied.

Tomorrow i'm going to work out my daily intake requirements of protein and carbs and add this to the diet. I will do alot of reading and try and work out as much as I can.

Feel free to leave a comment or reply at this stage. I'll bump it up when I get the chance to add to it.

Is that what the nutritionist provided you... a food guide pyramid? If so, that was a huge waist of money!

lol ... yeah.

Didn't cost me to much. She gave me the diet I mentioned.. those foods at the particular times.

I don't think she took me very seriously. I was hugely dissapointed. Might go back there and demand she make me up a better one, tailored towards one of sports.. rather then just general health. I did mention it to her... but she had another agenda.

Im in Australia, time to nod off to sleep.

Thanks for your reply though.
