I've been working out regularly (6 days/week) now for nearly 6 weeks. I know diet is important to gain muscle and reduce fat. I got a base diet from a guy far more advanced than me and kind of changed it a bit. Here is what it looks like now. I've definitely seen increase in size to my shoulders, and arms, but am gaing no signifigant size or shape to my pectorals. Also my abs are just not showing. Here is what my diet looks like:

Meal 1 - 9am;
3 Egg whites / 2 eggs scrambled with peppers and turkey.
1 IsoPure Mass shake w/milk (900 cal.)

Meal 2 - Noon;
Turket breast sandwhich on whole wheat breat w/swiss cheese
1 IsoPure Mass shake w/H20

Meal 3 - 3pm;
8 oz Nonfat Yogurt
Fruit (Usually strawberries or grapes)

Meal 4 - 4pm
1 IsoPure Mass shake w/H20

Workout - 8 -9:15pm

Meal 5 - 9:30pm
10 oz Chicken Breast
1 1/2 cup white rice w/margarine
8 oz of Fat free Milk

A trainer at the gym is saying "too many calories for breakfast".. Help me! Any suggestions?
