View Full Version : Afternoon Cardio Conditions.

Ive been searching around the internet for answers and now Im looking for advice on achieving a "first thing in the morning" cardio workout. Since an A.M cardio is out of the picture I go for a run at 3P.M I eat lunch at 11A.M giving me a 4 hour window for my stomach to empty out. I dont like wasting a workout of any kind so, is this is ALRIGHT time to run given the conditions?

Do it whenever you can. At the end of day it is still about calories in vs calories out. Just work around what work best for your schedule.
