I have been trying to find a good compley carb to eat for breakfast. I have tried oatmeal, freash oats, malt-o-meal and a few others and just plain hate them and gag with every bite. I noticed in another thread that several people have mentioned eating whole grain pandcakes. My question is this, are they a really good source of complex carbs and what is a good brand to buy and a good place to buy it?

Thanks

man, just get a oatmeal. Quaker.. regular.. add some toppings that will suit your taste. Cheese, eggs, nuts, fruits, peanut butter, etc. man, this is simple. :D

Quick oats or steel cut are fine (not the processed sugary ones)
then have some eggs, fruit,
or mix whey and PB in with the oatmeal

oatmeal+good choc whey+PB=money all day

egg whites with diced peppers are good, too
