Hey all,


4am NO-Xplode (on empty), than True-mass and jogurt with cereals.

4.40am workout


goal: mass gain

question: thats enough for pre-workout nutrition supply??


I'll appreciate any help..

I get up at 4am every day, I cycle 3-4 hours in the morning. Pre workout I have a coffee, oats with a banana.. I dont take preWO supps just a coffee :)

Let's see, you have carbs + protein. Yep, that's enough for pre-workout nutrition. Have you tried this yet? Are you able to keep it down when you workout 40 minutes after ingesting it? If you are comfortable with it, go ahead. If you have trouble with your stomach, you may want to drop teh yogurt and cereal and stick with just the shake. Of course, what you eat/drink the rest of the day is important as well, but what you posted looks fine for pre-workout.
