I'm 6'1 and 120kgs, im looking to cut down to around 110kg or 105kg, my diet is as follows :

4am - Wake up - 2 x Salmon oil softgels
1 x Centrum Multi
1 x Combat powder shake

6am - Breakfast - 1 x Cup of special K cereal
1 x 1/2 cup of skim milk

8:30am - Snack - 1 x Cup of Blueberries

11:30am - Lunch - 3 x Tuna, onion, chilli wholemeal wraps

2:30pm - Snack - 5 x Scrambeled egg whites with onion
1 x Whole egg
5:30pm - Pre workout - 1 x Assault pre shake

6:30pm - 1 x Combat powder shake

8:30pm - Dinner - Chicken breast (Seasoned)
Vegtables

10:00pm - 1 x Combat powder shake
2 x Salmon oil softgels

Comes to around 2400cal - 40p/36c/24f

Any comments, advice or ideas would be awesome.

change the K cereal to oats. change the milk with eggs. looks fine. breakfast doesnt look like a breakfast to me .

I would get more sleep, and replace some of those shakes with real food, and increase good fats naturally (olive oil, real fatty fish, avocado > fish oil caps)
