I'm trying to bulk up so I need help I here so many different things so don't really know what to do I just don't want to gain fat and want to just bulk up I don't know how much pro carbs and fat to have at each meal cause I've heard so much right now my diet looks like this also what time should should I eat after my post work out shake and what should I eat

440 am 2 whole eggs 4 white 3/4 cup weates fuel wit little skim
640 no explode 23 grams whey little milk less than 4 oz
830 46 grams whey 5 oz skim milk 30 grams waxie maze 5 gems creatine
1145 6 oz chicken breast 2 pieces wheat bread lowfat mayo salad with fat free honey must lite cheesy 2 oz turkey breast/ or cup of broccoli
300 2 oz beef Jerkey or 2 eggs 4 whites and two tbs natty pb
600 8 oz of chicken/80/20 beeff fish or tuna 1 cup broccoli or salad and cup of brown rice
1000 1 cup low fat cot cheese and some natty pb

please let me know what you guys think or any help thanks

Your diet looks pretty clean but you should go through and figure out how many calories, carbs, protein and fat you are eating. use a calculator like this: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/nutrient_calculator.htm and you can figure out exactly how to go about it, it will give you a breakdown of exactly how many carbs fats and proteins to eat. I personally use that calc and use the (zone diet) 40/30/30 C/P/F.

what i noticed helped me a lot. I really didnt have a specific diet but i had an idea of what i would eat for snacks how much etc. But when i gained a lot of weight sadly lost 15lbs in about 2 months from being really sick. But before this i would count my calories MAKING SURE i got 4000 a day. i was gaining about 2lbs a week and it was much fat either. but i just kept eating a certain times then certain meals.
