Hi Guys,

Im trying to loose body fat. I weigh 72kgs and my height is 180cms.

Below is more or less my eating habit:
Breakfast: Cerial / Oat's with skim milk
Morning tea - Can of Tuna
Lunch - fruit / orange / grapes etc
Afternoon tea - protein shake
Dinner - Lean meat
B4 bed - milk / cheese / fruit - differs alot..

I am trying to put on bulk up but at the same reduce my body fat?
Can it work??

Regardless of the foods you're eating, you need to work out the calories (and macros, preferably) to know if your plan has a chance of working.

You aren;t going to be gaining mass and leaning out at the same time. That is reserved for overfat beginners. You are 5'9 158 pounds. Beginner, yes. Overfat, no. Pick a goal and work towards it. You'll achieve things faster being more specific. Also eat veggies. Losing fat is great and all, but think of general health as well.

This looks like starvation diet for me, seriously how much fat can you have at that weight. I have similiar goal (to reduce fat but keep muscle for summer) and my diet looks like this:

4 eggs, 40g WPC, 250ml juice, coffee
75g rice, 200g chicken, tea
75g rice 300g fish, tea
60g WPC, apple
250g white cheese, 30g peanut butter

that is non-training day
on training days one more meal (rice+meat)
