hey guys i do MMA, Bjj and mauy thai but at the end of last December i injured my ankle and didn't let it heal so now im paying the price.
So long story short im healing now but i been told to do weight training to strengthen my ligaments, does anyone know how to go about this i tried googling it but there wasn't to many specifics.
