hey guys,

I am going to be away from a gym for about 4 days so i went really hard for the last three days and just wanted to know what/how much i should eat on the days off to minimize fat gain( im on a cut)

If you are on a cut then your diet on the same days should be the same, because you'd still be calorie deficient, you might have lower calories because you wont be having your pre and post workout meals, unless you have them planned into your schedule the way it is.

Now if you were trying to do a clean bulk it'd be a different story ;)

keep it and your supplementation the same, dependings on your cals, maybe slightly decrease them...still want to feed your body during recovery and fuel it for your next hard workouts
