View Full Version : fat loss meal plan. 2 month length

here is my 2 month fat loss plan. i am 5"8 170 pounds. let me know what you guys think


my food choices will be

vegetables
cottage cheese
eggs
chicken breast
salmon
orange ruffy
lean steak
walnuts
almonds
peanut butter
whey protein powder


there will be no carbs except veggies and all the other foods are mostly protein or fat. what do you guys think?

at this weight, i think you should focus on building strengh or bulking, then when you'll hit like 185-190, you could think about cutting the fat.

But thats my opinion..! like xlb57, you should check out keto forums and carb cycling threads!

include more carbs
remember its about calories not carbs to lose
you will benefit from a more well-rounded diet and nutrients

if you prefer a more moderately low carb diet, still include:
veggies
fruit (berries especially)
oats
whole grains (try lower carb versions if you like to still get some whole grains and added fiber not to mention they are made with flax/olive oil/canola)
beans
low fat dairy (cheese are majority protein anyways)
