Im on a calorie cycling bulk and currently taking in 3200 on Workout days and 2400 on non workout days(on which i lower my carbs), would a refeed were i go to about 4000 calories and increase my carbs alot help or hurt in anyway

P.s is there a certain types of food you should eat on your refeed or can ijust eat low fat and just hit my calories

refeeds should be high carb low fat.. dont really think you'd need them on that high calorie diets though, whats your maintenance?

Refeeds are for prolonged calorie/carb deprivation.

If your definition of bulk is eating above maintenance (and it should be), even if just on workout days, a refeed is not for you.

Yup ^

Refeeds benefit Leptin & other hormones that were unregulated during prolong deficit cal/carbs.

I would only recommend refeeds or cheats for those who are cutting and have stalled with fat loss, and abnormally low on energy and motivation. Not for those who are bulking and already eating above maintenance.

No.

You don't need a refeed if you're already getting plenty of carbs/calories.

No. I consider <50g carbs low. Carbs are "low" when your body is in a state where its oxidizing fat for energy and to replenish blood sugar.
