I stumbled upon the calorie calculator on freedieting.com and it said i should be eating this....

388g

258g

95g
GRAMS PER MEAL
129.3g

86g

31.7g
CALORIES PER DAY
1552 cals

1035 cals

862 cals
CALORIES PER MEAL
517.3 cals

345 cals

287.3 cals


how would i go about fitting all that into 3 meals like what foods what get me 86 grams of protein per meal 129 grams of carbs and 31 grams of fat

86g per meal is dumb your body can't asborb all of it that and it will be a waste.

Why do you only want to break it up into 3 meals??? Eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.

Meals are much easier to fit in all those protein/cals/carbs you want when you do 6 instead of 3.

I disagree. His body may or may not be able to absorb 86g of protein in one sitting (that will depend on what he has been eating). However, if he eats 86g of protein consistently, his body will adapt and be able to absorb that much. That is what the Warrior Diet is (and similar diets are) based upon. There are plenty of people who get all their protein in one or two meals (or one meal plus a shake or two) and they're not wasting away.

If three meals is preferable to 4 or 5 or 6, then eat three meals. You'll be fine.
