im 176 5'11 how does this new diet sound ppl ?

9-00am - 3 Man scorch tablets
9-30am - Whey Protein shake ( 40 grams Protein, 240 kcals , 4grams of fat )
2 eggs crambled ( 199 cals , 13g Protein 15 g fat 2 carbs )
10-00am - 40 mins weight training, 20 ,,ims cardio
11-30am - Whey Protein shake( 40 grams Protein, 240 kcals , 4grams of fat )
12-30pm - Tuna salad sanwhich ( 36 grams Protein , 280kcals 9 grams fat 22 grams Carbs )
03-00pm - 3 Man scorch tablets
03-30pm- 2 Birds eye chicken and Veg (32 grams Protein , 330 kcal, 8 grams carbs, 18.4 fat.)
06-30pm - Tuna salad sanwhich ( 36 grams Protein , 280kcals 9 grams fat, 22 grams Carbs )
09-30pm - Protein shake ( 44 grams Protein, 240 kcals , 4grams of fat )

PROTEIN - 237 grams
KCALS - 1809
FAT - 55.4
CARBS - 46

I'm no pro, but i am pretty sure 3 shakes a day is kinda intense, you should try and replace them with real food, keep only the after gym one....
