I did. Creatine makes you retain water, so if you want to LOOK lean all the time, I'd say no, but if you can handle knowing you're holding water weight, go for it.

Actually, creatine can be a very effective tool for cutting, and it acts as a diuretic. If you haven't used mono for a while, if you start "loading" it, it'll help rid yourself of water weight. Yes, you read that right. The trick is, knowing you can only do this for 1 or 2 days and that after a few days, you will begin to hold more water.

If you know you respond to creatine, try regular creatine mono. And you don't need $90 :). You can buy something like EAS Phosphagen for $15. It'll give you 200- 5g servings. Can't beat the value if you respond to mono. Of course, at GNC, this will probably cost you $30 :rolleyes:

no i had got 90$ of store credit from a family member, but at gnc do they sell EAS Phosphagen or how about problabs somthing like that?Well I took cellmass for 2moths didnt do ****.So does that mean sizeon wont work?
