i hear all the time on this site that running will hinder results when trying to gain muscle. so how do you solve this? do you just eat more? when i lose the weight i need to i want to add more muscle but i dont want to be out of shape and all since i like to play sports around with friends. so how have you guys done it?

Running alone won't necessarily hinder muscle gains. BUT running miles and miles will cut into the muscle. You gotta do shorter distances, higher speeds. And you still need to be eating more than you normally do if you wanna bulk.

what running are you going to be doing...

if it is extra running for your sport make sure that it is along the lines of your sport...

as far as to continue bulking... just adjust the calories to take account for the extra exertion... its as easy as that...
