on the back of the packet it says

serving size 30g
per serving there is 16.7g of carbs.

that means 250g of oats = 140carbs right?

im trying to get my head around this, but i just figured 250g oats = 1 cup of oats, but im pretty sure that cant be right.. what am i missing here lol
edit: according to instructions on the pack 1 cup = 3 servings, so i guess that must mean 1 cup of oats weighs 90g. lol i had this stupidi dea that 1ml = 1g so a cup must weigh 250

a side question: how many carbs should i be looking at pre-workout and how many carbs and protein for post-workout, if im weighing in at 112lbs

Maybe you're talking about cooked oats and the serving size on the packet is uncooked oats.

250g cooked oats = 90g uncooked oats

Might be an explanation.

250g cooked oats = 90g uncooked oats

This can change depending on the amount of water you put in your oats.
