View Full Version : Breakfast for Bulking - Too Much?

So I want to start bulking up, im 5'7 145 lbs.

I think im going to aim for 2500-3000 cals a day
250g of protein
250g of carbs
50-60g of fat

For my first meal, I had the following:
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 cup of oats
2 cups skim milk

Is that too much? Seems like alot of fat maybe?

Any help would be great, let me know how to fix anything

Not enough for breakfast!

8 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 apple
2 tbsp Natural PB

thats the best breakfast ever!

okaay just seemed like a lot of fat from the eggs but I just remembered I took out the yolk, and im guessing theres little to no fat in just egg whites,

Then you certainly need to add fat.
