I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

From time to time I see guys drinking a gallon of water while training or even lifting weights. Has something in it besides water?


Basically I am looking for something I can add to water while training that will help my recovery time, fatigue, and kinda give me energy but is healthy for me.


That is if there is such a thing.

pretty easy.

you can simply throw some vanilla whey in orange gatorade.

That sounds super good!


My only thing is when I am training Gatorade seems like to much to drink and doesn't sit well on my stomache.

they actually make recovery supplements like post-workout recovery drinks and such that come in powder form. that's probably what's in there or some protein powder. the post workout things i've seen are usually a bunch of electrolytes and vitamins and carbs of course

buy the powdered one and throw w/e you're comfortable with in your water bottle.
