Hey BB
Lately 2 Weeks ive been eating same meals 5 times a day is this healthy?

Meal 1 = half cup oatmeal, 3 egg whites raw, Turkey patty

and the rest of my 5 meals are the same is this healthy?

Are the egg whites the ones from a carton? If not, then do not eat them raw. Asking for a little E Koli there.

At the very least , I would suggest adding some green veggies.


I hope you are taking a daily multi-vitamin!

doesnt matter just ensure a deficit is in order and ull lose fat broski

yea i take Multi Vitamin and fish oil.

I would add come broccoli to the mix. only like 25 calories for a serving and it is great for you.

How has the progress been on that diet?

No fruit or veggies? May want to incorporate other things like grilled chicken, steamed brocolli, etc so you don't get tired of eating the same thing all the time.
