Generally something like this. (I love food btw, I've been used to eating until I was full for a long time)

And I guess I should add that I'm trying to cut just a little bit of bf% (I'm guessing I'm around 15-16 but I can't be sure on this...friend told me I'm probably at 13-14) but mainly build. The only bf noticable is in my chest/stomach which obviously came from the taste for beer :)

Morning(Around 7am)
Oatmeal with 1% milk plain
2 eggs on wheat toast

Around 10am(Sandwich, plain peanut butter OR fruit)
This gets me buy until I'm off work around 1.

About an hour before the gym, yogurt or a piece of fruit.

After the gym(Around 3)
Whey, a couple glasses of water, and sometimes shortly after a tuna sandwitch on wheat or spinach salad

Around 5
maybe yogurt or a piece of fruit to tie me over until dinner, or spinach salad

Evening(Around 7-8)
Chicken breast or turkey sandwiches on wheat
A couple eggs cooked scrambled or overeasy on toast


Drinking at least a gallon of water a day

Any comments, critisism(which I'm sure they are some) or additional foods you think I could throw in that are preferably cheap would be helpful.

I seem to always run out of ideas for a healthy dinner that isn't too expensive.
