I was wondering Should I do 8oz of protein (steak, pork chops, chicken breast), 10 oz, or 12 oz per meal?

well what are your macros? base it off that. It all depends on how much protien you want for the day.

doesnt matter, its about ur overall macros for that day, and not really about wut u eat per meal.

Yep. I would take the total and then divide it up throughout the day.

Well,
you think if i ate like this

Breakfast: 5 whole eggs, 3 slices toast, 4 slices bacon: (820 cals; 40 g fat, 68 g carbs, 53 g protein)
Snack: protein shake: (110 cals;
Snack: optional sandwhich: PB or ham or turkey
Lunch: 12 oz chicken breast, 2 potatoes(200 cals), or buckwheat: (530-700cals,7.5- 10.5 g fat, 52-70 g carbs, 77-82g protein)
Post workout: protein shake
snack: optional sandwhich/ turkey sausage
Dinner: 12 oz stea/ pork chops,or 10 oz ground turkey, ground beef, or chicken breast: (520- 950 cals, 16-43 g fat, 52-70 g carbs, 44-70 g protein)
Snack: optional sandwhich/ turkey sausage(160 cals)
Snack: protein shake



Or should I do

Snack: protein shake: (110 cals; 22g protein)
Snack: optional sandwhich: PB or ham or turkey
