View Full Version : Need Help Forming A Cutting Diet

To be straightforward, I don't know much about nutrition in relation to cutting fat. I'm 18, lift 2-3 times a week (weight-lifting class at school) and try to get in 30 min of cardio 4 or so times a week. I'm looking for a mild cutting diet, nothing too hardcore. Basically, just a general guide for eating healthy and shedding that last few pounds of my stomach. Thanks.
