I'm having a little trouble getting a solid diet because of school but here is mine:

6:30 (breakfast) - bowl of cereal

11:45 (lunch) - Two turkey sandwiches, apple, cheese-its

2:50 - 4:30 - workout

4:45 (post-workout) - creatine, protein

5:25 (dinner) - either fish/chicken/beef/pork with vegetables

7:30 (snack) - bagel with peanut butter and milk

9:30 (before bed) - big bowl of oatmeal

school starts at 7:30 and lunch isn't till 11:45 so its hard to get a meal between those times. My diet was working for a while but lately i've been hitting a plateau and its been tough to gain anymore weight. suggestions?

What's your goal???? Bulk? Cut?

Oh **** my bad. I see where you're trying to gain weight. I'd suggest replacing your cereal with whole eggs and oatmeal/grits in the morning. Also try to squeeze in a protein bar btw breakfast and lunch. The cheese its are helping you...its pretty much empty calories with no nutritional value.
