I am looking to lose about 70 pounds I'm 260 now I found some were that said for me to take in 2475 a day I understand that but how much carbs fats and ptotein should I be taking in with that

Google Macro Nutrition Bro. It will help. I cant break it all down for you but I have found Macro Nutrition sites to be helpful

Also look into different forms of Ketosis.

www.google.com search macronutrition to get your goals just how you want them

it should consist of 40% Pro 30% Complex carbs. You want carbs just not simple carbs I>E Sugars etc. Look into it. I hope I helped.

for your size about 220-250 grams protein, 100-120 grams fat, the rest in carbs
