If you wanted to add 200-300 more calories to your diet and your diet currently was split 40/40/20 (C,PF), what would you add more Protein, Carbs, or fat? Currently getting 3000 cals a day and hit a plateu.

I rely on tuna, turkey or roast beef sandwiches quite a bit. If you want more fat, a handful of almonds is always good too.

peanut butter, cottege cheese, milk, and some chocolate protein powder... mix it all in a blinder and drink before bed :)

ajust the ratio to were your getting the right amount of extra added calories (200-400)
