I have boxes of them from when i "thought" they were a good snack choice just to munch on at any time of the day or night,

Was wondering if they would be good for PWO?
7gs Sugars 21 grams Carbs?

or any other type of trail mix bar or anything.

post workout yeah the jelly should be simple enough to break down to help restore glycogen in muscles and I dont think they are really whole grain so the mostly flour should also have the same effect of spiking glucose, I would say yes.

Those are good, they are like less good soft poptarts mixed with less good fig newtons that are still good. I would try them with cereal and milk.

cool i may try it out, im running out of my Isopure w/ dextrose (already in each packet) and tired of eating pb and j while doing cardio (i take my pwo shake right after i hit weights but before cardio...........most times)

nutri grain bars r the shiit. i love them. could eat like 50 of them at once

Sure, it isn't the end of the world, but I'd go back to the protein/dextrose before long, it'll work better.

Its a old pwo meal. I advise to change up your meals here & there. Its tasty, but boring over a period of time.
