I am 16 years old, with a body weight of 179. With a fat pertentage of around 20. I am looking to drop my body fat to around 15 %. trying to incorporate more meals into my diet. I usually have aroung 4 meals a day

745 am) cheerioes with multigrain with bananna and o.j.

morning snack 10:45) nutragrain bar. What type should i have

lunch 1230) turkey sandwich with mustard. cemintine, water

snack 230 fruit

workout for 2 hours

post workout. whey protein shake

diner usually chiken with a strach and vegatable.

desert fruit

At 16 you don't need a spot on diet, but I would add some type of protein to your first two meals.

I would eat more protein, and more often, take food to school and eat between classes, try to eat every 2 hours. I think if you eat around 2000 calories you should be where you need to be to be in calories negative.
