2 glasses of carrot juice
banana

Lunch:
4 eggs/2 thick slices of turkey/tortilla
Protein Shake (600 calories)
Pack of Peanuts (330 calories)

Dinner:
12 oz Ribeye Steak
2 packs of almonds

Snack: Peanut Butter Sandwich

2 packs of almonds (660 calories) (each packet 330 calories)

Snack: Peanut Butter Sandwich (260)

but pretty crappy diet IMO
