This is my first time making a bulk diet. Im 17, 5'9 and weight about 165. Im about 16 percent body fat. Im looking to bulk up to about 175 or 180 and then cut. Please critique my diet. Feel free to sugest any different supplements.



6:30
4 egg whites
2 yolks
2 pieces of toast
Cup of Orange juice

11
Tuna - 3 oz
2 Peanut Butter sandwiches on wheat
? cup oatmeal
Whole Milk

3 - Pre workout
2 scoops Muscle Juice weight gainer

4- Post workout
1 scoop green mag creatine
1 cup salted peanuts
Bowl of Cheerios (Low fat milk)

Lettuce Salad (Italian dressing)
Can of spaghetti or ravioli
Cup of milk

8
2 chicken breast patties
One pack of Ramen Noodles

Looks alright, but I'd remove fat from your PWO meal.

How many days a week should i use my bulk diet? 3 or 5?

Fitday says it is 4,594 calories, 197.1 grams of fat, 501 cars, and 201 grams of protein. Is that to much? I want gain alot of mass but really trying to stay away from the fat

i'd say too much; for ur height and weight i'd say ~3000-3500 is enough? so cut down on carbs and fat and leave the 200g of protein.

on bulk i do ~40-50 g of fat a day MAX.

uhh Read Alan Aragon's pre/post workout thread.

u need some protein&carb after u work out.

i normally have a shake with 2 scoops+a nutella sandwich.

No reason to as long as he isn't training fasted, and even then it really isn't that big a deal



on bulk i do ~40-50 g of fat a day MAX.

I think that's fine, but for a bulk you will likely need more calories. I'd say start at 300-3300 and bump the calories up after a week or two if you don't gain a bit of weight. good luck with the bulk
