40/40/20 with about a 500 cal deficit. Any more than that, and I get too hungry.

Calories = bodyweight x 11

At least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass.

I try and get at least 50 grams of fat a day, but if I can I push for 60-70.

numbers dont matter much why? well
my friend you see his diet is customized to fit his needs/body/met rate which are individual to him. yours however could be completely different... just throwing that one out there

I appreciate your help. This man, here, is helping me with my diet and routine, and all I can say is that I feel strong in the gym and not too hungry. My arms are sore today, btw.

I like the 40/40/20 approach, because it allows me to eat the foods I like. I don't think I would try a low-carb approach again, at least not for very long.

All I eat is meat veg fruit rice oatmeal and nuts(no homo)

I eat lots of eggs and chicken, some beef and fish. For carbs, I like oats, granola cereal, fat-free yogurt with cocoa powder, beans and lentils, ezekiel bread, whole wheat pasta, bananas, jelly, sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, and other veggies. For fats, I eat mostly natural pb, almonds, and some whole milk (and egg yolks). If I really want to, I would eat a chocolate bar, or whatever, and fit it in, but I am happy if I eat a pb banana and jelli sandwich and some yogurt during the day.

All the food you listed is solid. Do you track what you eat? Fitday is a great way to keep your diet in check and fuel your workouts. I'm almost at 160...getting there slowly.
