eat habits

workouts

supps when what and why

pills when what and why

I need to know what ya routines look like.

eat habits - 1600-2000 calories a day, 140-170 g's of protein a day

workouts - pull ups, abs, dips, and variations of push ups at home, in the gym - curling, benching, upright rows, tricep extensions

supps when what and why - creatine/luecine/caffiene stack and protein shake when i don't make enough g's that day

pills when what and why - none

and thanks a lot for any help!!

dunno if it's worked, i just started but IMO i see improvements in the loss of bodyfat (mostly with the abs)


and cardio!! three times a week run/jog. basketball/bike riding everyday

eat habits:
I eat 5 medium sized portions per day. Usually consisting of chicken breast, rice and sweet potato or tuna, rice and sweet potato. I don't eat carbs for dinner and I stop eating at 7pm every night. I also don't count calories at all

workouts:
I train 5 days a week. I do 20 min of cardio before each weight lifting session

supps when what and why:
I take a pre-workout energy drink, creatine, and 100%egg protein shake

pills when what and why:
I take the usual. Fish oils, multi vit, ect. i also take finpecia to combat hair loss.

2300-2600 calories. eat every 3 hours. 200 grams protien

workouts
3 days of weights, one day of rest. then repeat. no cardio....yet

supps when what and why
preworkout. postworkout. BCAA pills

pills when what and why
multi vitamin. fishoil. cla. vit c. vit e. b-complex
