Hey guy,

Any input on these two meals... whether I should switch them or not? (cutting diet)

Pre Workout:
2 scoops ON whey, 4oz sweet potato

Post:
6oz chicken w/ 1cup brown rice


Also, does 240g protein 105g carbs 60g fat per day sound ok? TY for any comments!
