View Full Version : Is this enough good fats?

I'm currently on a cutting diet, but wanna make sure i'm getting in enough fats to lose fat

Right now I take omega 3 fish oil 3x per day- 1000mg natural fish oil and 300mg omega 3 fatty acids
I'm going to be picking up some flaxseed oil

I eat 100 cals of raw almonds twice per day which 9g of fat per 100 cals so 18 total

I eat oatmeal once a day which is 5g of fat

maybe 1g of fat a day from protein shakes mixed with water

Other things I'm eating are chicken, fish, egg beaters, 4 cups of vegetables, one banana

if it's a fatty cut of fish, it looks like you'll be fine. Adding a few more caps of fish can't hurt.

Try 3 caps twice a day for the fish oil.
