View Full Version : Whey as a protein other than after post workout?

Hi guys, I am currently cutting for a few weeks and am having trouble consuming the amount of chicken breast/tuna I need to reach my macros which are 310p/209c/57f. As you can see that is alot of protein. So my question is can I sub whey in for one or a few of my meals in the late evening? I know I have seen a few articles suggesting against it but does it make that much of a difference? Any help with this would be great.
